yes today i feel that i have achieved a great deal . proving that mind over matter is a powerful tool .. yes imagine that your senses are the key to your whole being .. yes you just turn up the good bits adn darken the bad bits ..
so here goes firstly when you experience something that yo are not happy with .. you make it smalller or darker .. lighter less substancial . you simply blow it away ..
imagine the bad thing being put into the bottom of the garden . into a special bin .. or perhaps you hear something .. you are not happy with you simply turn down the volume .. make it less trebble.. make it further away ..
also imagine you can turn over the record . choose another record from the juke box...
also you can imagine the sound .. being more rythmnic ... or perhaps .. less painful .. from a dull ache to a simple case of the pins and needles . or a mild cramp . yes place yourself in a situation of power .. see yourself doing something you were really motivated to do . lie making that tackle in a game .. and then transfer this image or feeling or sound .. and transfer this on to something you are not keen on ..

now i don't feel so bad .. also you can simply pretend to be well. yes pretend . purely mind over matter .. so smile those happy hormones..
yes i guess that i feel better . possibly from a big zero . to a healthy 3.7 ..
now i am going to do something a little different .. the whoosh thing .. now i have trying this for a few weeks . adn i still have not got it right . you imagine something you want ot change . and then you picture a small dark image at the bottom of the right hand corner . and whoosh the little into a huge great bright image ..
so here goes .. a few repititions 6 or 7 . or more and bang you have recorded over the old you the old record . as you would do with a tape player ..and you now have a completely different record ..
yes i still feel rottten . so i may need something .. so here goes . firstly you find something you are positive about that you believe in .. this time on the left hand side ..and transfer this belief to your doubting side your right side .. like transfering a file from on side to another .. this time to the right .. so i believe that i am well . adn transfer this file to my right hand filing cabinet .. ..
yes let me say something .. we all have a map so to speak of the terrain around us . the aim is to to make the map .. more accurate .. so from the senses you then create your movie.. so a good time might be pictureed brightly . sunshine .it may show an actitivy or friends . a particular feeling .. that fills you with goodness .. the aim is to be as accurate as possible so that you replicate the model . so as a friend of mine said whilst swimmiing the secret is to listen to the waves .. an dyou know what i did and felt much better . so there you go if you want to acheive something look towards others
it is also a good idea to have a plan .. so your brain knows what is happening .. training it so to speak ...
so if you are a keen yoga student ..model as much as you can .. your teacher's mannerisms .. their way of doing things .. even their way of speech .
another method may be to start to ask questions .. the sort that go ..What if ? or to recognize when people are generalizing .. ..
so i guess if you can comunicate well wihthin yourself and to others .. life won't be so bad . eh ..!!
so finally when they say drink in the sunshine . do this litterally .. see yourself drinking the sunshine in .. through a beautifull glass bowl .. perhaps ..
